What Should I Expect from the Maintenance Plan at OVA?
The maintenance plan at OVA consists of monthly visits to maintain the progress made. Each month, Dr. Zakes will touch base with you and tailor your acupuncture and bodywork to nourish and relax your mind and body.
Our mindfulness and functional medicine coach will meet with you every two months to help you transition and implement any changes according to any changes that need to be made or how you are feeling.
